PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash at time of service. At time of booking, 50% deposit must be given to guarantee appointments for two hours or more.
As a consideration to us there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment or late cancellation.

GIFT VOUCHERS

An ideal gift for a special occasion to pamper your family and friends.
Vouchers can be used for treatments or retail products for any amount required.
They are valid for six months from date of issue.

POLICY
|
It is the strict policy of The Mill House to provide a full consultation to each and every client for our treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse treatments if having carefully considered the nature or circumstances of a client’s state of health there are clear reasons for doing so.
Treatments will not be offered to anyone under the age of sixteen years.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind and relax and prevent inconvenience to others. Appointments may be reduced and treatments charged at the tariff price should you arrive late.
